5. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made as agreed at the time of booking.

6. Delivery and Pickup

• Weehaul Dumpster will deliver and pick up units on the agreed schedule.

• Customers must ensure the delivery area is accessible and free from obstructions.

• Delays caused by inaccessible locations or other customer issues may result in additional charges.

7. Liability

• Weehaul Dumpster is not responsible for damage to driveways, landscaping, or property during delivery or pickup when reasonable care is taken.

• Customers assume responsibility for any damage caused by misuse of the dumpster or porta potty units.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

• Refunds will be processed according to the rental agreement and may be subject to cancellation fees.
